  • All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

  • For custom fabrication or bulk orders, processing time may vary depending on the complexity and quantity. Our team will communicate the exact timeline before dispatch.

Delivery Time

  • Within Rahim Yar Khan: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • Across Pakistan: 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, transport strikes, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted logistics and cargo companies to ensure your order reaches safely. Depending on size and weight, we may use:

  • Local courier services (for small/medium orders)

  • Cargo transport or truck delivery (for bulk/industrial orders)

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Final charges will be confirmed before order dispatch.

  • For bulk or contract-based clients, special delivery rates may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation through phone, WhatsApp, or email. You can contact our support team anytime for shipment updates.

Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

If your shipment arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately and report the issue within 24 hours.
We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the matter and, where applicable, arrange for replacement or repair.
